Independent Sales Representatives
Job Description:
FinCo's Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) will solicit auto dealers to enter into FinCo's Master Dealership Agreement authorizing the Dealer to originate FinCo's BuyHere-PayTHERE (BHPT) retail installment contracts, and subsequently assign them to FinCo. ISRs will also provide follow up customer service with existing dealership clients.
FinCo expects representatives to develop continuous new business; therefore, existing relationships within the auto industry will be highly beneficial.
Independent Sales Representatives are truly independent. ISRs are not employees of FinCo, are not eligible for any company benefit plans or programs, and are responsible for their own expenses. ISRs will be paid on a commission basis, with payments made at the end of the month following the month in which the commission is earned.
FinCo's BuyHere-PayTHERE product may be distributed in conjunction with other products you may currently be representing, as long as the other products don't compete with FinCo's products.
Representatives may be required to demonstrate the product to the dealerships either in person or online, so some computer skills are required.
As a prospective ISR you will be required to submit to a background check including address history, a criminal record search, and credit report.
