How BHPT works for you:
1. Enter the customer's information online.
2. The customer's credit is automatically analyzed by our state of the art underwriting system and the deal structure and contract are available for you to view online within SECONDS.
3. THE DECISION IS ALL YOURS - if you choose to accept the deal, simply print the online customer contract, have it signed, and send it and any supporting documentation to us via UPS. If you choose not to accept the deal, simply print the online Adverse Action letter for your customer (required by law when an application is declined).
4. WE DO THE REST. Our booking agents close the deal. When the customer makes payments, our servicer Fiserv deposits the principal by ACH directly into your bank account. There is a one time origination fee of $85.00 which is taken out of the customer's first principal payment.
5. If for some reason the customer is unable to repay the note, WE handle the collections and repossessions.
